What's up with the Familiars all of a sudden? None of the animated content ever mentioned anything about that, and even looking up "familiars" on the wiki shows nothing. Is this some sort of really weird concept from the random MOUNTAIN of untranslated non-anime material the franchise has that... they only just now randomly decided to add into the anime?

Like, the familiars being physical manifestations of a Witch's magic is cool and all, but coming out of nowhere like this after LITERAL years of the anime not even remotely hinting at it is incredibly odd. Fine, but odd.

Also I don't recommend the 501 for to me it's total cringe and the anime/art style is yuck which If you want to see it go for the movie since it's basically the series in movie form.

what do you mean by 'again'. This is strike witches. Its been all girls from the start. If it was a brand new universe, i can understand your line of thought. But its already been established in this universe that only girls can become witches (Lets be honest, it'd be really weird if there were male witches).
